Hello, my name is Jeremy. 👋

👨‍💻 I'm an ex-CTO, ex-consultant, ex-BackerKit product engineer and on again/off again manager with over 25 years experience building line of business applications for small to medium sized organizations. Technically, I enjoy working with with Ruby, Rails, PostgreSQL, and (neo)VIM. I like Elixir and Phoenix too but I've put my hopes of working with that tech aside.

🛠️ I like removing blockers and friction in everyday work and processes, getting rid of unnecessary hoops to jump through, and generally streamlining how work gets done.

🤝 I lean into building cross-functional autonomous product engineering teams to produce well crafted applications with an eye on the end user experience.
