OMEGA enhances financial services with its credit card processing, point-of-sale, and B2B e-commerce solutions, aiming to positively impact all interactions.

This OMEGA project started as a 6 month engagement and was extended to over a year after experiencing the way we collaborated. My team built a seamless all-in-one platform, significantly improving efficiency. This tool enabled sales reps to quickly onboard new leads and advance them through the sales process. What used to take over 25 days was decreased to just 7, streamlining client acquisition and enhancing service delivery. It featured a visual pipeline for lead management, an integrated calendar for tracking interactions, alerts to keep leads engaged, and the ability to create quotes, proposals, and finalized agreements.

This tool was built using Ruby on Rails, React, Redux, Docusign integration, and a variety of other technologies.
