I’ve been in this business long enough that everything is a red flag anymore. I’ve seen everything I thought good used in evil, manipulative, and harmful ways. I don’t even know what I’m looking for in a job anymore because this industry is so fucked up.

I wish I wasn’t this jaded but here we are.

I’m pretty discouraged, as you might be able to tell. I’ve been doing this for over 20 years. Jobs are disappearing. The things I value aren’t valued in the business anymore. It’s just shit software all over but it’s built some amazing resumes out there.
